Richemont in Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist with strong SAP logistics and integration experience to join our team. You will define, develop and implement solutions that connect ERP LE and EWM with internal warehouse operations.

You will work with developers, architects and 3PL partners to design integration solutions, optimize logistics processes such as order fulfillment, warehousing and shipping, and ensure quality through testing and UAT while communicating with

Education, experience and languages are expected as listed in the job description.
Technical skills in SAP logistics and integration are required.
Soft skills include communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience in agile methodologies and project management is preferred.
Experience in luxury goods or retail is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Requirements Definition: elicit and document integration requirements for ERP LE/EWM.
Solution Design & Development Support: translate requirements into specs; guide development.
SAP Logistics Expertise: optimize warehousing, order fulfillment and inventory flows.
Integration & API Management: design robust integrations with 3PL platforms.
Troubleshooting & Debugging: resolve SAP integration issues with minimal disruption.
Testing & Quality Assurance: define test cases and support UAT.
Stakeholder Communication: liaise between business users, IT and 3PL partners.
Continuous Improvement: monitor performance and seek optimization opportunities.
