Excelia is a multinational Consulting, Technology, and Professional Services company with over 25 years of experience, looking for a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in Porto. The role is primarily office-based with one day a week in the Porto office.

You will provide functional and technical support for SAP German payroll applications, maintain and improve payroll processes, and work with HR, payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant payroll operations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven experience as a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll configuration and FI/CO integration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP German payroll applications with focus on stable operation and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
• Analyze business requirements (labour laws, workers council agreements) and translate into SAP specifications.
• Troubleshoot incidents and errors in payroll processes, interfaces and related components.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT and other stakeholders to ensure compliant payroll operations.
