A global consulting firm in Lisbon is seeking an OTC GTS Lead to oversee the implementation and support of SAP GTS solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP GTS modules, trade preferences, and international trade regulations. Responsibilities include managing compliance, supplier declarations, and ensuring integration with S4HANA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on cross-functional capabilities.

Qualificações

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP GTS modules and end-to-end implementation.
• Understanding of international trade regulations and import/export procedures.
• Experience with non-SAP systems integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP GTS solutions.
• Manage supplier and customer declarations and compliance.
• Track legal changes and ensure GTS master data accuracy.

OTC GTS Lead

SAP GTS Expertise

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP GTS modules:
  • Trade Preferences (TP)
  • Customs Management
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP GTS
• Integration experience with S4HANA (especially SD, MM, and FI)
• Trade Preference processing, supplier declarations, and long-term supplier declarations (LTSD)

Advanced Trade Preference Expertise

• Rules of origin determination and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) management
• Preference determination and status tracking for inbound and outbound flows
• Management of supplier and customer declarations
• Eligibility analysis and reporting for preferential origin
• Audit and documentation compliance related to preference management

Cross-functional Capabilities

• Understanding of international trade regulations and import/export procedures
• Knowledge of legal changes tracking, GTS master data (e.g., business partner screening, materials), and product classification

Certifications & Tools

• SAP GTS Certification
• Experience with S/4HANA for International Trade
• Familiarity with tools like SAP Fiori Apps for GTS, SAP EHS
• Knowledge of non-SAP systems integration (e.g., third-party customs brokers or compliance tools)
