Hubclub Go seeks an experienced SAP Functional Expert with 10+ years in SAP, focusing on PP and QM, for Caparica, Portugal. You will lead functional activities across global Core Model initiatives, coordinating with multi-national teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include supporting S/4HANA rollouts, designing core solutions, and guiding testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare. English is essential; French is a plus in a diverse environment.

Qualificações

• Over 10 years of SAP experience including international rollouts.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP and QM and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; knowledge of Fiori and PP-DS desirable.
• Design and evolution of SAP Core Models and Fit to Core methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integrations: IDocs, EDI, TIBCO, Talend and MES systems.
• Ability to read ABAP; debugging experience desirable.
• Experience in international, multicultural environments; strong English (C1); French nice to have.

• Define and validate functional solutions, specs, and configurations of SAP PP/QM modules.
• Participate in design workshops, testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare.
• Provide Level 3 functional support to business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with PMO, technical/functional teams, vendors and international teams.
• Drive evolution and continuous improvement of the SAP PP/QM Core Model.
• Collaborate on integrations with SAP modules (eWM, MM, CO) and MES.

Functionally lead the SAP PP and QM areas within the global Core Model.

Participate in international SAP S/4HANA rollouts, from analysis and design to production go-live.

Analyze needs and gaps, proposing solutions under the Fit to Core strategy.

Define and validate functional solutions, specifications, and configurations of the SAP PP and QM modules.

Requirements:

+10 years of experience

in SAP, especially in implementation projects and international rollouts.

Solid experience in SAP PP and QM, with extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, and master data.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA and, desirable, knowledge of Fiori and PP-DS.

Experience in design and evolution of SAP Core Models and Fit to Core methodology.

Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integrations, especially IDocs, EDI, TIBCO, Talend, and MES systems.

Ability to read and understand ABAP and, desirable, experience in debugging.

Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

High level of English (C1).

French (nice to have).

Analytical capacity, autonomy, results orientation, and good communication and coordination skills.
