Fusion Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Senior SAP Manufacturing & Quality Consultant to lead PP-PI/QM initiatives within the pharma/life sciences sector.

You'll architect end-to-end SAP solutions, manage workshops, and align processes with GMP-compliant manufacturing and quality management. International teams and advanced SAP modules are part of the role.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience with integrations across MM, EWM, MES, LIMS, and Supply Chain functions.
• Experience leading workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP Manufacturing & Quality Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP-PI and QM, combined with a solid understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments and end-to-end production and quality processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

Lead workshops and gather business requirements for manufacturing and quality processes in a pharmaceutical environment. Configure and support SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management solutions. Design and optimize end-to-end processes covering production planning, process manufacturing, quality inspections, batch management, and product release. Support integration with MM, EWM, MES, LIMS, and other related systems. Participate in testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and validation activities. Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, process harmonization, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications

8+ years of SAP consulting experience. Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management. Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality management processes. Experience working in GMP-regulated environments. Experience with integrations across MM, EWM, MES, LIMS, and Supply Chain functions. Experience leading workshops and working directly with business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international project teams. Additional Information
