Job summary

Webasto Group is seeking a Finance SAP IT professional to lead SAP FI/CO projects and drive S/4HANA transformations. You will advise Finance on optimizing Accounting and Controlling processes, and support service management with process improvements.

The role involves developing Finance workflows and leveraging AI/analytics, in a global FI/CO SAP team with international roll-outs and potential M&A projects. A hybrid working format and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

Degree in (business) informatics or business administration, or equivalent qualification.
Strong integration with MM, SD, PP in a manufacturing Finance/Controlling context.
Extensive FI/CO experience, ideally in S/4HANA, with several implementations.
Initial AI, analytics, or predictive accounting experience is a plus.
Experience in agile product teams or as an agile master is a plus.
Excellent English communication and proactive work style.

Responsibilities

Drive IT projects in SAP Finance, including S/4HANA transformation.
Advise Finance departments and optimize Accounting/Controlling processes.
Support service management and improve service processes.
Develop and optimize Finance & Controlling workflows using AI/innovations.
Collaborate in a global FI/CO SAP team and support international roll-outs & M&A.
