emagine is seeking a SAP Integration Support Specialist to join a collaborative project environment in Portugal. You will support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with SAP ERP systems and troubleshoot data replication issues.

The role requires expertise in SAP CPI, ABAP debugging, IDOC/API/SFTP/CSV interfaces, and strong analytical communication skills. Portuguese location supports a 2/3 hybrid model in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP CPI.
• Solid knowledge of IDOC, API, SFTP and CSV interfaces.
• Experience with SAP ABAP debugging and SAP HR troubleshooting transactions.
• Experience supporting employee data replication between Employee Central and SAP ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Support and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with SAP ERP systems.
• Analyse integration interfaces, business rules, and data replication processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues with SAP CPI, IDOC, API, SFTP, and CSV integrations.
• Perform ABAP debugging and analyse SAP HR transactions to identify replication issues.
• Maintain mapping logic, validate data quality, and support testing activities.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure data quality and compliant data flows.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Emagine is seeking an SAP Integration Support Specialist to join a collaborative and dynamic project environment in Portugal. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HR, and SAP integration technologies, looking to support and optimize enterprise HR integrations within a complex SAP ecosystem.

You will work closely with HR teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable employee data replication, troubleshoot integration issues, and support the continuous improvement of SAP HR integration processes.

What You'll Be Working On

• Supporting and troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with SAP ERP systems.
• Analysing integration interfaces, business rules, and employee data replication processes.
• Investigating and resolving issues involving SAP CPI, IDOC, API, SFTP, and CSV integrations.
• Performing SAP ABAP debugging and analysing SAP HR transactions to identify and resolve replication issues.
• Maintaining mapping logic, validating data quality, and supporting testing activities.
• Collaborating with HR, technical teams, and application owners to ensure reliable and compliant data flows.
• Producing technical documentation and contributing to the continuous improvement of integration processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
• Solid knowledge of SAP integrations, including IDOC, API, SFTP, and CSV interfaces.
• Experience with SAP ABAP debugging and SAP HR troubleshooting transactions.
• Experience supporting employee data replication between Employee Central and SAP ERP.
• Strong understanding of integration mapping, transformation logic, and data validation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Professional level of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Business Add-Ins (BADI).
• Experience in large enterprise SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Knowledge of HR data governance and compliance.
• Experience documenting integration processes and technical solutions.

Location & Eligibility

• Candidates must be based in Portugal.
• Hybrid working model - 2/3x in Lisbon.
