Project Short Description

Modern SAP cloud transformation project focused on building and enhancing backend business applications on SAP BTP using ABAP Cloud. The scope includes development of scalable services, RAP-based business objects, CDS data models, OData integrations, background job automation, and secure communication with SAP and third-party systems.

Must-haves

• We are looking for an SAP BTP ABAP Cloud Developer to handle backend development activities in a modern SAP cloud project
• The role requires hands-on experience with ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS-based data modelling, OData services, Application Jobs, Communication Arrangements and Service Consumption Models
• The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, write clean and maintainable code, understand SAP BTP development constraints, and take part in DEV-QAS-PROD delivery lifecycle
• Experience with Fiori Elements is an advantage, but not necessary

Nice-to-have

• Experience in the following areas would be a strong advantage:
• Unit testing and testable code design
• SAP BTP IAM, business roles and business catalogs
• Performance-aware CDS and ABAP development
• Integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C or other SAP cloud/on-premise systems
