HCLTech in Portugal seeks a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to drive SAP Enterprise Cloud Services delivery and customer success. You will coordinate onboarding, ensure milestones and manage technical requirements across SAP landscapes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SAP Basis, strong HANA skills, and experience with cloud providers. This role offers a remote, Portugal-based setup with a permanent contract and standard workweek.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of SAP Basis experience in a multi-national IT org.
• Hands-on SAP HANA knowledge and database skills.
• Experience with SAP Upgrade & Migration across OS/DB.
• Exposure to SaaS integrations with SAP landscapes; cloud know-how.

Aufgaben

• Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
• Orchestrate the overall service delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones
• Assist in de-escalations of critical customer situations with MIM and SAP teams
• Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities
• Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle
• Engage with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success
