A leading technology consultancy in Portugal is seeking a SAP Architect and Tech Lead to join their team. You will be responsible for identifying simplification opportunities in enterprise processes and coordinating the architecture of SAP systems. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of SAP experience, proficiency in S/4HANA, and strong team leadership skills. Fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP (S/4HANA) systems.
• Experience in ABAP 7.0 and extensions in SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Fluency in English (B1-B2 minimum).

Overview

We are looking for a SAP Architect and Tech Lead, to integrate directly the team of our client – a reference company in the industry sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for simplification and innovation in enterprise processes by usage of native SAP S/4HANA functionalities and SAP BTP solutions in compliance with SAP Clean Core model;
• Coordinate functional and technical architecture of the various SAP ecosystems within the group, overseeing the different projects in implementation on the different locations/countries;
• Lead technical and multifunctional teams, both internal and external, to ensure the maintenance and bug fixing related to SAP solutions;
• Ensure the Knowledge transfer to internal teams, providing necessary insights in what concerns new technologies and methodologies within SAP;
• Align priorities and ensure the delivery of added value according to strategic definitions.

What is required

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas;
• Minimum 04 years of experience in SAP (S/4HANA) systems, within implementation consultancy or product management;
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC;
• Previous experience in ABAP 7.0, ABAP Restful Application Programming Model (RAP) and extensions in SAP Fiori/UI5;
• Previous contact with SAP BTP / Integration Suite will be valued;
• Experience in conducting organizational changes related to digital transformation;
• Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into technical solutions;
• Focus in steering and aligning technology according to the strategic goals of the company;
• Fluency in English (B1-B2 minimum).
