Bee Engineering ICT in Portugal is seeking an experienced Application/Production Support professional to deliver L2/L3 Salesforce support, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with developers and analysts.

The role offers hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto, English fluency is mandatory, and the team is global with continuous training, documentation, and a strong focus on releases and improvements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Application / Production Support.
• L2/L3 Salesforce support experience with incident management.
• Analyze and troubleshoot configuration, data, integrations, and custom development.
• Perform data investigation and root-cause analysis using SOQL and SQL.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and business teams.
• Support releases, testing, deployments, and continuous improvements.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Available for hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto.
