Job summary

Bee Engineering seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide Salesforce development, architecture and team quality in an international environment. You will lead deployments across environments, review solutions and mentor junior and senior engineers.

Fluent English is essential, and you should be comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and interacting with Salesforce Support. Availability to work from the Lisbon office at least once per week will be needed.

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud.
• Experience managing deployments across multiple environments.
• Experience dealing directly with Salesforce Support.
• Ability to review and challenge technical solutions and code.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Previous exposure to multi-country Salesforce implementations or large-scale rollouts.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work from the office at least once per week.
