Flosum is seeking a Salesforce technical architect and engineering manager to drive velocity across a 10–15 person engineering team. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management and requires strong Salesforce expertise and Node.js development experience.

You will lead architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and Node.js services, while mentoring engineers, aligning with Product and leadership, and balancing delivery with engineering excellence.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong Salesforce expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and best practices.
• Proven Salesforce architecture experience designing scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong Node.js background with maintainable services and integrations at scale.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using modern APIs.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
• Track record of improving engineering velocity, system performance, scalability, and deployment processes.
• Proven ability to grow engineers and lead high performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, performance, and scalability of our Salesforce Platform and Node.js based services.
• Own the technical direction of our Salesforce applications, mentor senior engineers, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Manage a team of 10 to 15 developers by setting goals, conducting 1:1s, growing careers, hiring, and removing blockers.
• Balance roadmap delivery with engineering excellence, including code quality, system reliability, platform performance, security, and developer experience.
