WHAT IS ONEWEB?

You would be joining our Mercedes-Benz OneWeb Team.

In the Area of Mercedes-Benz OneWeb & Mercedes Me Home, we create customer experiences for the Web and App channels. We focus on the entire customer journey by using platform solutions that enable our customers’ different touchpoints across cars, products and services around the car.

With our products such as the Mercedes-Benz Worldwide Website (OneWeb), Car Configurator, Online Test-Drive Booking and the Mercedes Owner Area “Mercedes Me Home” and many more, we are building a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Set up, configure, and manage personalization campaigns using Salesforce Interaction Studio, including web templates, decision logic, and audience targeting.

Work closely with Front-End Developers to align personalization logic with existing web architecture, including EdgeWorkers or other client-side frameworks.

Support the setup of Einstein Recipes to deliver contextual and behavior-based recommendations.

Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot rendering issues, and optimize delivery across touchpoints.

Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and tag governance in alignment with marketing and analytics teams.

Contribute to documentation, QA processes, and stakeholder enablement for personalization use cases.

Job requirements

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio (Personalization) – including campaign setup, template logic, and injection into web environments.

Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g.GTM).

Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Experience with Salesforce CDP and/or Marketing Cloud.

Understanding of Einstein Recipes and how to configure and apply recommendation models.

Knowledge of EdgeWorkers or edge-side personalization.

Experience in A/B testing and optimization frameworks.

Understanding of SEO implications for dynamic content.
