Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for a hybrid role in Lisbon or Porto. You will design and implement customer journeys, data-driven campaigns, APIs integrations and personalization using AMPscript, SQL and SSJS across Marketing Cloud modules.

The ideal candidate attains 5–7 years in SFMC with hands-on experience in Data Cloud, next-gen features, and cross-team collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Sales and IT.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and marketing automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRM processes, and data-driven marketing.
• Experience developing and maintaining solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Contact Builder.
• Experience building personalized campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML and CSS.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and external systems using APIs.
• Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360), including segmentation, identity resolution, audience activation and customer profile unification.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Next.
• Experience with Agentforce use cases for campaign creation, segmentation, content generation and marketing automation.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Nice to have: Customer 360 architecture and audience activation.
• Nice to have: MuleSoft, Snowflake or similar integration platforms.
• Nice to have: GDPR and data privacy requirements.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI Associate / AI Specialist or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.

Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Hybrid

Required skills:

• 5-7 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
