CSA Data Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Martech Transformation Lead to drive Salesforce-based digital transformations for major brands in Portugal. The role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, delivery leadership, and business development within our Salesforce practice.

The ideal candidate will be a Salesforce Martech expert with hands-on experience across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI-powered use cases, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders

Qualificações

• Active Salesforce certifications are mandatory.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Martech Transformation Lead to lead Salesforce-based digital transformation initiatives for some of Portugal's most recognized brands across retail, financial services, hospitality, and FMCG.

Role

This role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, delivery leadership, and business development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce Marketing ecosystem, with hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions across:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360)
• Agentforce
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Contact Builder
• Intelligence Reports
• Salesforce CRM integrations
• Omnichannel customer engagement

The successful candidate will act as the senior Martech advisor for clients while managing internal delivery teams and supporting business growth within our Salesforce practice.

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Salesforce Business Analyst

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience building Customer 360 strategies using Data Cloud.
• Experience designing AI-powered use cases with Agentforce.
• Previous consulting experience within Digital Transformation, CRM or Martech practices.
• Experience managing Salesforce partnerships and strategic client relationships.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and support pre-sales activities.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.
