Are you passionate about Salesforce and ready to take the lead on strategic CRM initiatives? Join our dynamic team in Lisbon as a Salesforce Manager and help us transform the way we connect with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform
  • Manage a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management
  • Collaborate with
    - functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand business needs and deliver effective CRM solutions
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
  • Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and recommend enhancements
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce innovations and champion best practices across the organization

Skills:

  • 4+ years of
    - on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e. g. , Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus
  • Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and delivering impactful solutions
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy and how it supports sales and marketing operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Experience with integrations, reporting tools, and
    - party apps (e. g. , Tableau, Hub
    Spot, Marketo) is highly desirable
