KCS IT in Braga, Portugal is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our hybrid team. You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and collaborate with architects, admins and product teams to deliver high-quality deployments.

We value dedication, energy and proactivity, and expect 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce and LWC, as well as REST/SOAP integrations and Git-based workflows.

• Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform customization and development.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce administration tasks (workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
