Job summary

KCS IT in Lisbon is hiring a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead for a hybrid role that blends hands-on development with architectural leadership.

You will drive Salesforce Field Service and other Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), mentor developers, define technical designs, review code, and ensure secure, scalable integrations via REST/SOAP and CI/CD across the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is based in a hybrid setup in Lisbon with frequent collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead in an IT delivery environment.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Field Service.
• Strong development experience with Apex, LWC and Flows.
• Ability to define technical solutions and make architecture decisions.
• Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce developers and conducting code reviews.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security, governor limits and performance.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with deployment processes, version control and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud).

We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Technical Lead

Type of position: Hybrid – Lisbon (1–2 days per week onsite)

The amazing you, will have:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead in an IT delivery environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
• Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience defining technical solutions and making architecture and design decisions.
• Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security, governor limits and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, version control and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Experience working with functional consultants, Business Analysts, QA and other technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
