Job summary
GRiT is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our engineering team in Lisbon. You will design, build, and maintain robust Salesforce-based software systems integrated with enterprise-scale infrastructure, collaborating across cross-functional squads to deliver exceptional customer journeys and business outcomes.
The role requires deep hands-on Salesforce development experience, multiple Salesforce certifications, and strong communication skills in English.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Salesforce Platform 2+ certifications are mandatory.
- Expert proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Apex development.
- Experience designing, building and consuming APIs and integrations across multiple systems.
- Basic DevOps knowledge including Git and repository management.
- Ability to deliver secure, well-structured, maintainable code.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain robust software systems integrated with enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Collaborate across cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact customer journeys.
- Work with Product, QA, Architecture and Operations to ensure quality and performance.
