  • Partner with functional teams, business analysts, and senior developers across agile sprints to deliver high‑quality end‑to‑end features.
  • Build and manage enterprise integrations connecting Salesforce with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Perform peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and write comprehensive Unit Tests (Apex & LWC) to maintain strong code coverage and platform health.
  • Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues across custom applications and core salesforce configurations.
  • Create clear technical design documentation, participate in CI/CD pipeline deployments (Git/Salesforce DX), and keep up‑to‑date with seasonal Salesforce releases.
  • Participate in team‑wide technical sharing sessions.
Who You Are

  • +2 years of hands‑on software development experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL (Visualforce knowledge is a plus).
  • Hands‑on experience configuring core platform features, including Salesforce Flow, custom objects, validation rules, and security/sharing models.
  • Practical experience building/consuming REST APIs and handling bulk data migrations using standard tools (Data Loader, Salesforce CLI).
  • Familiarity with source control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and deployment frameworks (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus
