Job summary

CONKORD in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our international team. You will develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and delivering high-quality projects.

The role requires at least 5 years of Salesforce development, strong Apex/LWC/SOQL knowledge, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Hybrid Lisbon-based work with global client projects awaits.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lisbon and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative CRM solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce applications, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

This is an opportunity for a technically skilled professional with at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in an international environment.

Requirements

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
• Implement Salesforce automations, integrations, and platform enhancements;
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions;
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs;
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and Salesforce best practices;
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Salesforce solutions;
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle;
• Contribute to deployments, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development;
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow;
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs;
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and deployment practices;
• Experience with Git and Salesforce development tools;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an international environment;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I or II, are considered a plus.

Work Model

• Lisbon-based role;
• Primarily office-based, with up to three remote working days per week.
