GBT Solutions is a Portuguese technology company seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across clouds, aligning with business requirements and security standards.

You’ll work on configurations, integrations, and deployments, participate in testing and rollouts, and contribute to scalable, high‑quality platform solutions. A collaborative, diverse environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Experience designing Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, performance, and compliance best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions across clouds.
• Implement configurations: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules.
• Tackle testing, validation, and rollout of new Salesforce platform versions.
• Ensure solutions follow security standards and performance guidelines.
• Lead CI/CD implementation and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

This job opportunity is an exciting challenge for someone passionate about Development.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Development activities across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration points.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollouts of new platform versions.
• Delivery track record across complex Salesforce implementations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Define the technical architecture of the Salesforce platform, including objects, automation, integrations, and security.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and integration patterns.
• Establish and promote best practices for development, version control, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce.

Nice to have:

• Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Certified System Architect.
