Overview

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify needs related to Core Clouds solutions. Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored software solutions. Provide expertise on software functionality, features, and potential limitations. Design and present Core Clouds solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit. Collaborate with software developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions. Oversee the software customization and configuration process to meet client specifications. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective software adoption. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of software applications. Stay current with the latest Core Clouds trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations. Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting, with a strong emphasis on Core Clouds knowledge and Omnistudio expertise. Hands-on experience with software development and documentation, specifically within Core Clouds environments. Familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management, with Omnistudio experience being mandatory.
