Fyld is a Portuguese consultancy hiring a Salesforce Consultant to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions bridging business needs with CRM capabilities. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, requirement analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across projects.

The candidate should have a strong Salesforce background, experience with Flow, data models, security, and a track record of delivering functional specifications and UAT support. English fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related fields.
• Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules and business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation capabilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, relationships and data quality practices.
• Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and access control.
• Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements and platform administration.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, project managers and other technical teams.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories and solution documentation.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, user training and adoption.
• Familiarity with data migration and tools such as Data Loader is valued.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is valued.
• Experience with Salesforce environments, sandboxes and deployment processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps/ALM practices is valued.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
• Fluency in English
