The role requires expertise in OmniStudio and data modeling, along with strong skills in solution design and Apex programming. Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong focus on Industry Clouds.
• Proven experience with the Shared Information/Data Model (SID).
• Ability to document technical designs and participate in architectural discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes to design end-to-end journeys using the Comms Cloud data model.
• Build complex, high-performing OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Configure Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) logic.
