InterEx Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a large-scale, multinational transformation. You will configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to meet evolving business needs and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on a long-term CRM strategy.

You will build and maintain Flows, integrations, and automation, ensure data quality and security, and support user adoption while staying current with Salesforce releases.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a business-critical environment.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, platform configuration, automation, and data management.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering business value.
