Requirements

• University degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core components.
• Proficiency with native automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
• Experience with Data Loader, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Familiarity with Change Sets, Sandbox Management, and Release Management.
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and functional teams.
