Our GBS is looking for a Sales Support Technician to be based in Santa Maria da Feira
The Sales Support Technician is accountable to ensure on time price and contract validation and updates on the ERP, being able also to manage relevant data and perform price discrepancies analysis.
The Main Missions Of The Role Are
Management and storage of new contracts, namely through the usage of customer B2B portals
Price maintenance activities in ERP for external and internal customers
Creation, confirmation and/or cancellation of contracts/sales orders in ERP ordered by external and/or internal customers
Maintenance and update of customer and material databases
Price difference analysis activities, through the usage of the available tools
Ensure proper analysis of the documents issued by customers related to price differences, assuring the respective follow-up and the necessary corrective actions
Support invoice overdue recovering
Participation in working groups with the goal of problem solving and/or assure process improvements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
Minimum education level: High School Diploma
Experience / Technical And Behavioural Skills
Fluent in English is mandatory, French or German is a plus
Autonomous and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Numerical ability
Team spirit
Organization and time management skills
Good computer skills (MS Office-Excel, SAP)
