Inviting applications for the role of the Sales Program Specialist – Process Associate – Greek – Hybrid Lisbon. Our Strategic Sales team drives growth through scalable programs across a diverse set of advertisers, focusing on revenue growth and product adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Unmanaged Sales Agents responsibilities include: become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading social media products and community standards;
  • have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • provide support through multiple channels, including online chat, emails, instant messaging, and phone calls;
  • collect advertiser requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address advertiser needs;
  • act as a point of contact to provide consultative support on agencies and advertiser accounts;
  • drive advertiser communications and technical issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction;
  • educate advertisers on product usage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex cases;
  • complete required tasks within agreed turnaround times and quality standards;
  • meet language requirements;
  • complete and pass all required training provided by the client.
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant industry certification in digital marketing, eCommerce, B2B/B2C sales, digital ad sales, or related field;
  • comfortable on the phone and navigating CRM systems;
  • ability to provide exceptional customer support;
  • strong understanding of social media.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with social media monitoring (preferred);
  • strong IT knowledge (preferred);
  • college degree or equivalent diploma, or current study towards one (preferred);
  • experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (preferred);
  • demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets (preferred);
  • strong understanding of social media marketing, online advertising sales, campaign management, and customer service (preferred);
  • completed sales or marketing certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, etc. (preferred).
