Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Algarve for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to support tactical offers and seasonal campaigns.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing strategic input to the sales team.

Create and manage account plans, sales reports, and regular performance forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Experience (3-5 years) in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Client Relations and Contract Negotiations
