About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to drive corporate and group sales, focusing on building long-term, driven customer relationships that support the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for both leisure and corporate key accounts.
- Drive proactive sales efforts, with a focus on national DMCs and corporate clients.
- Gather and analyze customer intelligence, market trends, and economic insights to adapt sales strategies.
- Research competitor strategies to identify opportunities to grow occupancy, RevPAR, and market share.
- Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute to weekly and long-term sales planning.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales on account participation and deployment.
- Serve as the main sales contact and advocate for YOTEL customers.
- Conduct sales calls and travel proactively to acquire new business or close existing deals.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational aspects for booked business and support brand standards.
- Implement seamless turnover between sales and operations while maintaining a high level of service.
- Apply brand service strategies and initiatives throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the regional team to implement the leisure strategy in key markets and ensure local alignment with overall account goals.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
- University degree in a related field.
- Methodical, disciplined, organized, and committed to delivering results.
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated to learn, adapt, and stay updated on best practices in hotel management and sales.
