What You\'ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow B2B client portfolios via phone, email, or chat
• Provide smart advertising or marketing solutions tailored to business goals
• Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users
• Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease
• Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team

What We\'re Looking For

• English fluency at C1 level or higher - that\'s the only language requirement
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus, not a must
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people
• Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

What You\'ll Get

• Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project)
• 12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years
• Monthly bonus based on performance (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly)
