Siemens is seeking a Trainee in Sales Data Analytics to support the Go-to-Market Analytics team. You will prepare data, develop analyses, and create reports to improve sales processes and the digital customer journey during a 12-month assignment.

You will work with global sales teams and HQ stakeholders to translate data into practical insights, contribute to dashboards and data applications, and learn modern AI‑assisted analytics methods in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related quantitative field is required or close to completion.
• Strong Excel experience and data visualization skills are expected.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL/Python for data analysis is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support data preparation, analyses, and reporting to improve sales processes.
• Contribute to analytics tools, dashboards, data applications, and digital workflows.
• Assist with Territory and Quota Planning administration and data quality checks.
