What are we looking for?

We are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant for our store in Rua das Flores, Porto, with availability of 20 hours per week in rotating shifts from the 29th of September until the 30th of November. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
• Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
• Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
