Role Description

The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon, supporting daily operations in the store and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, presenting jewellery collections, and providing informed product recommendations. The role involves processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the shop floor, displays, and inventory are organized and presentable. The Sales Assistant will handle inquiries in person, by phone, and online, assist with packaging and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Sales skills, including basic knowledge of retail sales processes.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or jewellery sales is beneficial but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and an interest in design are valuable.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Lisbon (Tuesday-Saturday)
