Overview

At Randstad we are partnering with a reference player in the FMCG sector. Integrated in the sales department, they are in the lookout for an analytical profile that will help guide, plan and oversee their activity.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Transform complex data into actionable insights, using statistical and analytical tools to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Data & Systems Management: Lead data cleaning, modeling, and visualization on platforms like Power BI; ensure the integrity and quality of data within sales systems by implementing and maintaining governance.
  • Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and deliver analytical projects, managing timelines and risks while collaborating with various teams to align business objectives and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes, automate reports, and promote the adoption of new digital tools to increase the efficiency of sales operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide the necessary analytical support.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Data Science, Economics or Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools and MS Office Suite. Experience with database management and SQL queries.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assure change management and digital tools adoption by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with a good level of Spanish (preferred).
