Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • Ensure the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, securing compliance of management systems.
  • Identify and monitor legal, internal, and external requirements in the fields of environment and occupational safety.
  • Lead planning and operational control of environmental monitoring activities.
  • Manage risk assessments, authorize the use of chemicals, and ensure responsible waste management.
  • Prepare and communicate environmental information to authorities and within Bosch.
  • Coordinate the Internal Audit Program for Environment and Safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize environmental impact and reduce safety risks.
  • Support HSE-related activities such as training, communication, emergency response, and approval of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Bosch’s Sustainability strategy.
Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering (or a related field).
  • Certified Occupational Health and Safety Technician (essential requirement).

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in an industrial environment (preferable).

Know-how

  • Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Strong expertise in waste management, risk assessment, and environmental & safety legislation.

Languages

  • Good command of English, spoken and written.

Working Style and Methods

  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills, committed to continuous improvement and sustainable practices.
