Siemens AG is seeking an Accounting & Controlling SAP Consulting Specialist S/4HANA (m/f/d) to lead CO activities across multinational deployments and align with global templates. You will be a CO process expert collaborating with business and IT teams.

The role focuses on governance, data readiness, and effective reporting in a hybrid work environment, enabling efficient financial operations across borders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and related finance processes.
• Participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes.
• Experience with country rollouts and global governance standards.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA CO across countries and units.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and align with global S/4HANA template and governance.
• Ensure compliance with global finance processes, controls and policies during deployments.
• Serve as CO process expert for Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, COPA, Product Costing, and PS integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT and partners to define and validate requirements.
• Support workshops, localization, data readiness, and cutover activities.
• Analyze data structures and reporting models; ensure master data readiness.
• Develop process docs, training materials, and knowledge transfer.
• Support go-live and stabilization for new country deployments.
• Provide expertise on Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and real-time management reporting in S/4HANA.
