A leading BPO company in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide excellent service to customers and support prestigious worldwide brands. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and have a good level of English. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, resolving issues, and maintaining customer service records. Qualificações

  • Previous experience or contact with clients is preferred.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts is necessary.
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute is required.

Conhecimentos

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
  • Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
  • Maintain accurate data input of customer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database;
  • Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian (C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level);
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Previous experience or contact with clients;
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility;
  • Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signing (in addition to standard insurance);
  • Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal;
  • Reimbursement of flight expenses;
