Position purpose

The purpose of this position is to collaborate in the implementation of the digital ecosystem strategy for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP), delivering an omnichannel consumer experience.

The RRP Digital Manager will be responsible for mapping the RRP consumer journey flows and helping to define the brand's touchpoints along the different stages of the journey, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.

You will also be responsible for bringing digital campaign ideas to life, connecting offline and online channels, developing assets for the identified touchpoints, and aiding consumer adoption & retention to drive the future growth of the JTI RRP business.

You will be in charge of the continuous analysis and reporting of digital performance metrics and user behavior.

Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Collaborate on the digital brand marketing strategy implementation. Define and translate brand requirements into digital & CRM objectives and activities. Monitoring and reporting.
  • Digital Consumer Acquisition Strategy: implement the digital consumer acquisition strategy and grow the consumer base via e-commerce, SEO, etc. Drive digital campaign briefs, objectives, and lead digital planning sessions to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management: provide clear input to agencies to maximize awareness across the journey and maximize trial. Translate digital activities into business metrics, and serve as a go-to digital expertise resource. Experience in managing various agencies from creative to technical developments.
  • Ensure robust Consumer Data knowledge with solid content plans and constant optimization. Analyze and interpret data to steer online directions and maximize sales & consumer data growth.
  • Define and translate brand requirements into CRM objectives and activities. Ensure all digital channels align with overall brand strategy, applying clear objectives and strategic requirements to meet short- and long-term goals.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Experience Management, CRM, or Digital. A specialized master’s in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Highly curious, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new challenges.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in building brand fundamentals through an omnichannel consumer journey, focusing on online channels. Preferable industries include Food, FMCG, Tobacco, or digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology and e-commerce operations (e-commerce systems, tech architecture, consumer data management, analytics & performance, automation, campaign management).
  • Experience in planning and managing Direct-To-Consumer, CRM, Social Media, SEO, E-commerce, UX/UI, and consumer data collection.
  • Proficiency in managing the digital landscape of a brand, including monitoring and managing online marketing policies internally and externally.
  • Native Portuguese and excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
