PrimeIT in Porto is seeking a Junior RPA Robot Supervisor to monitor and optimize Robotic Process Automation workflows. You will collaborate with IT teams to translate complex requirements into reliable automation solutions.

The role requires IT experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to proactively identify issues in RPA processes. French (B2) and English (B1) are essential for stakeholder communication.

We are looking for a RPA Robot Supervisor with:

• Experience in IT
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes
• Capable of communicating in French (level B2 minimum) and English (level B1 minimum)

Location: Porto - Mandatory location in Portugal

Regime: Hybrid, 2x a week in the office

Level of Experience: Junior (up to 2 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €920 to €1,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
