Sysmatch is hiring a RPA Robot Supervisor in Porto. The role focuses on monitoring UiPath RPA processes, maintaining systems, and ensuring quality and compliance. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication in English and French are required.

A technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred, with UiPath knowledge and Agile exposure considered a plus. The position involves stakeholder communication, documentation, and continuous learning to stay ahead of RPA

Qualificações

• IT background with a technical degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to define technical and functional advanced solutions and address issues in RPA processes.
• English (minimum B1) and French (minimum B2) communication proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor UiPath RPA processes and systems for smooth operation and perform routine maintenance.
• Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices; report on performance and health of RPA processes.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance; participate in testing and validation activities.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and RPA developers.
