Sysmatch in Porto seeks an RPA Monitoring and Support specialist to ensure UiPath processes run smoothly and are maintained with accuracy. You will document resolutions and generate health reports for stakeholders, while upholding quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has an IT background, strong analytical and communication skills, and is comfortable with English (B1) and French (B2). This is a full-time role in a dynamic, international IT environment.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills to define technical/functional advanced solutions and address issues in RPA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and maintenance: Monitor UiPath RPA processes and systems for smooth operation and perform routine maintenance.
• Documentation and reporting: Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, with regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Quality assurance: Ensure RPA processes meet quality standards and cooperate in testing and validation activities.
• Continuous learning: Stay updated with latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Stakeholder communication: Communicate with business users, IT teams, and RPA developers.

What we are looking for

• Monitoring and maintenance: Monitoring UiPath RPA processes and systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently, as well as performing routine maintenance and updates to
• Documentation and reporting: Documenting support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, as well as providing regular reports on the performance and health of RPA processes to stakeholders.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring that RPA processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements, as well as participating in testing and validation activities.
• Continuous learning: Staying up-to-dated with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices
• Stakeholder communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and RPA developers

Must Have

• IT Background (Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English (mandatory – minimum B1) and French (mandatory – minimum B2))
• Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
• Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana.
