Job summary

Solvay Group is looking for an RPA Business Analyst Trainee for a 12‑month internship in Portugal. The role focuses on improving service quality, following up on provider deliverables, and supporting senior analysts with stakeholder communications.

You will assist in preparing RPA documentation, participate in feasibility discussions with customers, and help maintain automation KPIs while adhering to our RPA methodology.

Qualifications

• RPA experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support senior business analysts and prepare communications for stakeholders.
• Follow up on deliverables from service providers.
• Contribute to increasing the quality of service delivery.
• Assist in RPA documentation such as Business Blueprint, User guides and automation KPIs.
• Participate in meetings with customers to understand activity and assess feasibility.

You will be accountable for:Perform quality checks on maintenance requestBuild and keep a coherent and update database of maintenance requestsWork with the team to analyze and assess automation feasibility by participating in meetings with customers to understand the activityAssist in the preparation of RPA documentation (such as Business Blueprint, Userguides and automation KPIs) following the RPA methodology and standardsWe offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.About youRelevant education degree or equivalent in Management and Engineering.Competencies:Experience in RPA is preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationshipsFluent EnglishNice to have skills: SAP knowledge; Knowledge on Agile methodologyBehaviors:Strong attention to detail and analytical mindsetStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasksTeam player and self-organizedAbout the payAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined according to academic background.
