Role: Romanian speaking Customer Advisor

Salary: €900 p/m (14 salary payments) plus a possible performance bonus of €100 p/m, plus €7.23 per working day meal allowance, plus €20 EUR p/m transport allowance.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Days off: Weekends.

Relocation: Flight reimbursement plus subsidised accommodation in a company apartment in Lisbon for rent of €280 per month.

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner operating in over 35 countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Portugal, we are seeking fluent Romanian speakers to join their dynamic customer service team.

The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will represent an innovative solutions company. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be on answering queries related to products, problem-solving, and ensuring first-time resolution.

Responsibilities

1. Handle technical customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social messaging platforms.
2. Provide clear and practical information within set guidelines, addressing questions on procedures and services.
3. Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.
4. Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case details.
5. Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
6. Collaborate with technicians to resolve or properly close support tickets.
7. Manage individual ticket queues, follow management directives, and provide feedback when necessary.

• Fluent in English and Romanian.
• Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
