We are currently looking for Romanian and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your new role

  • Handle customer requests by answering incoming calls using the tools acquired during our initial training
  • Respond to customer requests effectively and promptly, ensuring high-quality service
  • Provide product and tool support to enhance customer experience
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documentation management and database updating

What you need to succeed

  • Fluent or bilingual in Romanian and English
  • Computer literacy, capable of navigating multiple software programs
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels
  • Ability to multitask independently while being a team player
