Career Genie, Inc in Caniçal, Madeira seeks a skilled professional to operate and maintain the SMT line for producing PCBAs for Ardia robots. You will play a crucial role in hands-on operations, ensuring production quality and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience operating an SMT production line.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 inspection standards.
• Ability to perform SMT rework under magnification.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate the SMT line: stencil printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven.
• Perform AOI inspection and rework of PCBA defects.
• Manage SMT consumables: solder paste, stencils, feeders, and component reels.

Conhecimentos

Hands-on experience operating an SMT production line

Familiarity with IPC-A-610 inspection standards

Ability to perform SMT rework under magnification

Comfortable reading schematics and assembly drawings
