Job summary

Versigent seeks an engineer to support the wiring harness validation process across multi-site manufacturing in the EMEA region. You will help design, assemble and commission electrical test equipment, interpret customer drawings and ensure tests meet all requirements.

The role involves hands-on work, travel up to 60%, and continuous improvement of test systems for reliability, safety and compliance across production sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation or related).
• Experience with electrical testing systems for automotive wiring harnesses is preferred.
• Good documentation and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, assembly and commissioning of electrical test equipment for wiring harness validation.
• Interpret specifications and drawings to ensure test systems meet requirements.
• Deploy and standardize testing processes across sites and train teams.
