Kantar seeks a Job Accounting Specialist in Portugal to support end-to-end accounting for the Quote-to-Cash process. You will work with Finance Partners, Project Managers and global stakeholders to ensure revenue recognition accuracy and IFRS 15 compliance.

The role involves reviewing journal entries, managing non-standard jobs, and contributing to audits and continuous improvement across finance operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least three years in accounting/finance or similar role.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and accounting processes.
• Understanding of cost allocation and project-based accounting methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end job accounting activities across Kantar Business Services and outsourced finance teams.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and Project Managers to ensure compliance with revenue recognition processes.
• Monitor and support timely and accurate job closure activities.
• Review and analyse journal entries from job closures.
• Support year-end revenue recognition reviews and IFRS 15 compliance.
• Manage and account for non-standard jobs, including revenue and direct cost recognition.
• Provide guidance on job accounting matters including revenue/direct cost recognition and documentation.
• Analyse proposed revenue recognition adjustments for stakeholders.
• Assist with reviews of accrued and deferred revenue balances.
• Support audits with documentation and responses to finance enquiries.
• Contribute to finance transformation and special projects including M&A activities.
